A two-year-old boy survived a near-drowning at a Manitoba beach after a bystander rushed over to provide CPR, RCMP say.

The boy was playing in the water at Delta Beach with other children on July 18 when he didn't resurface. He was pulled from the water, not breathing, RCMP said in a news release on Friday.
