Clinic will be open evenings on weekdays, weekends and have holiday hours, province says
CBC NewsA new extended-hours primary care clinic has opened in Winnipeg.
The clinic, located at Access Winnipeg West at the Grace General Hospital, opened Wednesday.
It will operate from 5:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on weekdays, and from 1:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on weekends, the province said in a news release.
It will also be open for special hours on holidays.
Family doctors and nurses at the clinic will be able to treat common ailments and support treatment of chronic conditions, the province says.
