RCMP are reporting at least 30 collisions in southeastern Manitoba, as the province is gripped by a blizzard that has forced multiple road closures, including a stretch of the Trans-Canada Highway. 

Poor visibility in blowing snow has also prompted school closures and notices about possible delays in health services.
